I, or any Nima admin, can create permanent channels on request. Registered users can create temporary channels which will automatically disappear once they are empty. All Nima members can get registration by asking either myself or one of the admins when we're on TS.

Glad to see the nima channel is still active.

Just need to change my mute hot keys so I'm not switching it on and off all the time I type!

Just need to be able to find the IRC channel again now!
